Learn a variety of sculpting techniques in clay. Working with coils, slabs, and solid clay students will learn methods for making faces, the figure, and animals. Work with cone 6 oxidation, cone 10 reduction glazes, stains, and underglaze to finish pieces. Class fee includes one 25 pound bag of clay and all glazes, class firings, and instruction. Studio is open for student use throughout the week and extended evening hours.
