Jerrod Partridge
From March through June, 2026, artist Jerrod Partridge will take on the role of artist-in-residence at the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art. Jerrod is a representational painter who combines the traditional skills of academic training with a color sensitivity influenced by the colorists of the Mississippi Delta. During his four month residency he will be producing work inspired by the museum… it’s architecture, ceramics, and natural environment. As this artwork is produced a progressive exhibition will gradually develop in the lower gallery of the museum for visitors to experience. He will also teach a painting workshop on the grounds of the museum in April to encourage other artists in their observations, compositions, and applications. Jerrod will be the first non-ceramic artist to hold a residency at the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum.
