Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art
Will your family’s legacy will be honored in the Great Families of the Gulf Coast Gallery?
The Great Families of the Gulf Coast campaign is intended to fund completion of one of the Frank Gehry designed galleries in the John S. and James L. Knight Pod Pavilion. The gallery will become the permanent home for the museum’s vast collection of George Ohr pottery.
This ongoing campaign also seeks to strengthen the bond between the museum and the community which it serves. The museum is asking 500 great Gulf Coast families to contribute $1,000 each for the completion of the gallery. Contributions will not only ensure the legacy of the museum but also of the great families that make up the cultural identity of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Contributors will receive public recognition, acknowledgment at the grand opening of the gallery, and their name’s inscription in the gallery in perpetuity.
