The City of Biloxi Center for Ceramics 2nd Floor Community Room is larger than the 4th floor—especially when considering the gorgeous terrace that is perfect for a sunset occasion like a wedding ceremony or reception. The coated concrete floor is perfect for art classes and makes cleanup a breeze.
